Race Day Registration

XC PACK

Organize your race day registration similar to how a bank handles their customers. Use one line (or chute) with multiple tellers (registration personal) serving the next available customer (race entrant). This will help eliminate much of the confusion that is associated with multiple lines.

Chronocount

Since acquiring the Chronotrack system in mid February of 2009, we have score 41,188 runners in forty-one events. That's an average of 1004 finishers per event. Of those forty-one events twenty-seven of them used a starting mat for net times, one used two mats for separate finish lines, three had a half-way mat and two used an announcer mat. The Great Bay Half Marathon was the first event to use the announcer function of Chronotrack. We setup a mat about 30 meters before the finish line. As runners crossed this mat, their name and information flashed on a computer screen. This allowed Andy Schachat, the race announcer, to announce their name at about the same time they crossed the finish line. The entire system is wireless.
